Remember the game Operation? Well, this takes it to an entirely new level.

Doctors from the Showa University School of Dentistry are using a robotic dental patient as a training tool. She winces in pain, rolls her eyes, slacks her jaw when she gets tired, and she drools.

I like this use of robots. The more prepared doctors can be, the better. Of course, when the robots become sentient, I don’t think they’ll appreciate being lab rats. ;)
